Surrounded by vineyards, winemaker Klaus Reif pairs his favourite summer wine with recipes from ‘locavore’ Lynn Ogryzlo’s new cookbook, The Ontario Table. The local food luncheon will be prepared using only the freshest ingredients from the region.
