Chef Michael Noble always seems to be at the top of his game. We first met when he was the shining star of DIVA at the Met in Vancouver way back in the 1990’s. His recipes grace the pages of my Flavours of Canada (Raincoast 2000/2006) and I’m utterly thrilled to have him and his team as part of Food Day Canada. Others are equally effusive.
“Give a man a fork and knife and he can dine for a day. Give him directions to NOtaBLE and he can dine for a lifetime.” – The Calgary Herald
Internationally inspired, classically trained, Chef Noble comes to you with passion, enthusiasm and an infectious smile. He loves food and you can taste it in every bite. With care, attention and love he has assembled his team – craftsmen, tradesmen, artists, designers, writers, farmers, ranchers and chefs.”
The restaurant’s description really does sum it up. “Cozy. Charming. Gourmet Casual. A comfortable “home” to foster a genuine love of great food with a family of passionate culinarians, passionate producers and exceptional service staff. The open kitchen invites you in. The rotisserie turns. Juices drip and sizzle. Sauce on the saucier station bubbles. The menu reflects our passion. A new burger on the menu every month. A selection of wines chosen with care. The Stilton cheesecake, a signature recipe you won’t find anywhere else, completes the experience.”
