This is the sort of website “About Us” post that makes me really happy!
“Northwinds Brewhouse & Kitchen in Collingwood Ontario creates globally inspired hand crafted beers paired with innovative, locally sourced and seasonally focused food.” It continues, “Our menu and beverage options are carefully designed to treat you and your belly very well. We have two locations and are locally owned and operated. Our menu offerings are made on site, using fresh and local ingredients.”
And it’s true. Local food is no longer the territory of upscale restaurants. Northwinds makes it approachable and available to everyone who chooses to have a good pint from an amazing burger to a heap of jerk pulled pork on an apple cheddar waffle topped with tobacco onions and served with green bean root slaw and kettle chips.
Northwinds Brewhouse and Kitchen is one of many restaurants that celebrate Food Day across Canada.
Northwinds Brewhouse and Kitchen est l’un des beaucoup de restaurants à travers tout le Canada qui participent au Journée des terroirs.
