The top restaurants in Canada have signed up for Food Day 2010. The local, regional, seasonal movement started with these pioneers. We are extremely pleased to be associated with the likes of Anne Desjardins, Sinclair Philip, Anthony Walsh, Robert Clark, Jonathan Gushue, Paul Rogalski, Normand LaPrise, Jamie Kennedy, Warren Barr, Michael Allemeier, Jesse Vergen and a host of other influential and talented leaders in our industry. Over 120 restaurants that ‘walk the local talk’ are on board, with many more to come. Over the next few weeks we will be creating bios for each of these special participants.
