But who else could do it, if not the creative Scott Linkletter, the entrepreneur behind Raspberry Point Oysters, Prince Edward Islands best ice cream, COW’S, and the multi-award winning Avonlea Cheddar. His team even makes COWS butter.
BOOMburger sources PEI beef from MacQuarrie’s Meats and potatoes for their fresh cut fries from Jewell’s Produce. Aside from the burgers, they make a killer grilled cheese sandwich – with Avonlea cheddar of course, and the inevitable poutine.
This is not fancy food but it’s honest and delicious!
