• 1-19 fl. oz can (1-540 mL can) Black beans, rinsed and drained
• 4 tomatoes, chopped
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 jalapeno peppers, diced
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) lime juice
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) chopped cilantro
• 1/4 tsp (2 mL) salt
Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Refrigerate until ready to eat. Enjoy!
