Clos is fine dining quality food in a modern and beautiful, but casual atmosphere. Guests can order from both an a-la-carte and tasting menu, with optional wine pairings available. The plates here balance local products with international flavours and techniques. There’s strawberry gazpacho (L) and pork belly with polenta (L). A seared tuna on a bed of crispy Brussels sprouts with chili parmesan and xo sauce, might be followed by a hand-made pasta like with local vegetables and lamb.
